Former Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq can once again get an important responsibility in the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Misbah Ul Huq has got an important responsibility in Pakistan Cricket Board. PCB chairman Zaka Ashraf has chosen Misbah as the head of the cricket committee. Apart from this, Misbah will also act as an advisor to Zaka Ashraf. Misbah met Zaka Ashraf a few days ago and now this new responsibility has been placed on his shoulders.

Meanwhile, Misbah-ul-Haq has previously been the head coach and chief selector of the Pakistan cricket team. He worked on both these positions at the same time. It was for the first time, that an individual was handling the responsibility of the head coach and chief selector of the Pakistan team. But after Rameez Raja took over as PCB chairman, Misbah resigned from his post.

According to media reports, former Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez may take over as Pakistan’s head coach. Hafeez’s name has been the most talked about for the post of head coach for the past few days. Currently, a Test series is being played between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. It is being said that Mohammad Hafeez will take charge as the head coach after this series ends. The team has been practicing and playing series without a head coach since June.
