Jaiswal completed his half century in just 13 balls. This is the fastest half-century in IPL history. Earlier this record was held by veteran KL Rahul. Rahul scored his half century in just 14 balls.

When it comes to fastest fifties in IPL, this record was previously held by KL Rahul and Australian legend Pat Cummins. Rahul and Cummins had done this feat in 14 matches each. But on Thursday (May 11), Yashasvi Jaiswal broke the record. In just 13 balls, Jaiswal crossed the milestone of 50 runs with the help of 6 fours and 3 sixes.
