BREAKING: BCCI announces new selection committee, responsibility on shoulders of
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday (June 19) appointed one vacant member each in the Indian women’s cricket team’s selection committee and junior cricket committee. A Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) consisting of Sulakshana Naik, Ashok Malhotra and Jatin Paranjpe scrutinized the applications for the Women’s Selection Committee and Junior Cricket Committee respectively. Shyama De Shaw and Shri VS Thilak Naidu for these posts unanimously is recommended. These seats have been vacant for some time now.

Women Selection Committee: Neetu David (Chairman), Renu Margaret, Aarti Vaidya, Kalpana Venkatacha, Shyama De Shaw.
Junior Cricket Committee: VS Thilak Naidu (Chairman), Randeb Bose, Harvinder Singh Sodhi, Pathik Patel, Krishna Mohan.
