We did well in every area. However, it often happens that all the three departments do not perform well. We did well in bowling, but made mistakes in fielding. Dropped the catch and lost the match. I have learned a lot as a captain. I wanted to take the match to the end and so I called the lead bowler in our crucial over. Yes, in the last match I bowled the last over to Harpreet and it didn’t work out.”
Speaking further, he said, “We were thinking that we want to score at net run rate. The type of team we have, we will think yes we made a mistake. It is a very good time for Yashasvi Jaiswal and hopefully, it will remain so.”
