Chennai’s victory over Chepauk! With the defeat, Delhi’s IPL 2023 challenge ends

The 55th match of IPL 2023 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Chennai on Wednesday (May 10) was a special one for Chennai Super Kings. CSK led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni shocked Delhi by 27 runs in this match. Along with the batsmen, the bowlers also contributed a lot in this victory. With the win, Chennai strengthened their position in the points table, while Delhi’s challenge in the tournament ended.

In this match, Chennai Super Kings won the toss and decided to bat. While batting this time, the CSK team had built a mountain of 167 runs losing 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. While chasing this challenge, the Delhi Capitals team could score only 148 runs by losing 7 wickets. So Chennai won this match by 27 runs.
