Faf du Plessis competing with himself! 650 runs completed in the season, a new record in the name

Indian Premier League 2023 turned out to be amazing for South African legend Faf du Plessis. Du Plessis has been at his best in the last few IPL seasons. But this time he has crossed all boundaries. On Thursday (May 18) he broke his own record while playing against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The match was played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Faf Du Plessis became the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2021. The regular captain Virat Kohli (Virat Kohli) entrusted this responsibility on his shoulders. Faf, however, did not let the RCB captaincy affect his performance. Like last year, he is leading RCB this year as well and is literally raining runs. He has crossed the 650* run mark in the current season. This has been his best IPL season for Faf in terms of runs.
