Father’s chest swelled with pride! Bavuma hits maiden century as captain, applause from father; Video

The West Indies team is currently on a tour of South Africa. In this tour, a series of 2 Tests, 3 ODIs and 3 International T20 matches will be played between South Africa and West Indies. The tour started with the Test series and the first match was won by South Africa. Also, the second Test match is being played from March 8. The third day’s play is over. Also, the host team is leading by as many as 356 runs. Interestingly, captain Temba Bavuma in the second innings of the second TestNadar scored a century. It was his first century as captain. He did this after 7 years.

Bavuma hits his second Test century
Temba Bavuma was named as South Africa’s captain last month, replacing Dean Elgar. However, Bavuma did not perform well in both the innings of the first Test. He was dismissed for a wicket in both innings. He then ended a drought of 7 years by scoring a powerful century in the second Test. This century was seen in the 56th Test match.

In fact, Bavuma had previously scored a century at home against England in January 2016. Bavuma was unbeaten on 102 runs in the first innings itself. It was Bavuma’s first Test century.
