Speaking further, Shahzad said, “IPL is a brand. If anyone says anything to any Indian superstar, it means that there is hatred in the dressing room. That’s when a player gets the confidence to go and make a mistake.”

Shahzad also said, “We have seen earlier that Gambhir has a problem with Kohli. I think he burns with Virat and looks for an opportunity to argue with him. I never saw anyone misbehaving with Virat. He is a legend of the game and you should respect him. Gambhir once shared his man of the match award with Virat. Did Virat ask you? Talking about Gambhir, he added that he had never seen any support staff jumping into a fight between players. He said, “I think he has not been able to digest the honor and success that Virat has received. What he has achieved at such a young age, he could not achieve in serious life. If you’re really a big player, or big-hearted, this shouldn’t be your warning. You need to realize your mistake and apologize. I have never seen a member of management jump into a fight between two players.”
