Rather, you should do the exercises necessary to improve your game. Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni have never been out of the team due to back pain.”
Sehwag claimed that weightlifting was the reason why many players in the Indian team suffered from back pain. Sehwag said that you should do the same type of exercise because others are doing it.
Indian vice-captain Hardik Pandya was out of the Indian team for a long time due to a back injury. Also, Jasprit Bumrah has also not played any cricket for six months. He has undergone back surgery and may take some time to recover.
