The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has undergone many changes in recent times. For the past few days, the name of its former chairman Zaka Ashraf has been in the news as the new chairman of the PCB. But now PCB seems to have stamped his name as president. According to sources in Cricket Pakistan, PCB has appointed Zaka Ashraf as the new president.

According to media reports, Zaka Ashraf will hold his first meeting as the PCB Chairman in Lahore on Thursday (July 6). It is said that some important issues related to Pakistan Cricket Team and Board will be discussed in this meeting. According to information, Zaka Ashraf will be in charge as the PCB chairman for the next four months. He will head the 10-member BCC Management Committee.

According to the information received from Cricket Pakistan, Zaka Ashraf, who has the support of People’s Party, will have to take the permission of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif related to PCB. Meanwhile, Shehbaz Sharif is going to carry out the responsibility as the patron of PCB. As for the 10 members of the PCB Management Committee, it includes Kaleem Ullah Khan, Ashfaq Akhtar, Musadiq Islam, Azmat Pervez, Zaheer Abbas, Khurram Soomro, Khawaja Nadeem, Mustafa Ramde and Zulfiqar Malik.
