Indian bowlers again showed maximum, Australia all out within 200 runs
As in the first two Tests, conditions at the Holkar Stadium in Indore were favorable for spin bowling. As a result, the Indian team was bundled out cheaply in the first innings of the Test match that started on Wednesday (March 1). The Australian team also could not put up a big score in the second innings. But the visitors took an 88-run lead over India.
The Australian team was batting on the second day of the match. The innings started at 156 for 4. India took their last wicket in the second session of the second day when Australia were 197 runs. Opener Usman Khawaja top scored for the Australian team with 60 runs in this innings. Spinner Ravindra Jadeja shines once again for India. Jadeja took 4 wickets while Ravichandran Ashwinan and Umesh Yadav took three wickets each.
Earlier, this third test match between the two teams started on Wednesday. In the first two Test matches, Australia had to accept a heavy defeat. The Indian team was expected to get off to a good start in the third Test this evening as well. Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bat first. But the batsmen could not give the team a good start. The entire batting line-up, including the openers, was seen losing wickets back-to-back. As a result, in the first innings of the Indore Test, India scored just 109 runs and lost all wickets.
