As many as five Indian batsmen are in the top 20 in the new ICC T20 rankings. Youngster Richa Ghosh was the biggest gainer in the ranking, reaching the 20th position.

On Tuesday (February 21), the ICC announced the T20 rankings for women batsmen. The dominance of Indian batsmen was seen in this ranking. The team’s vice-captain Smriti Mandhana, who has scored half-centuries in two consecutive matches, remains at the third position. Her opening partner Shafali Verma also made it to the top ten at number ten. Apart from that, Jemima Rodrigues, who played a big role in the victory against Pakistan, remains at number 12 and captain Harmanpreet Kaur at number 13. Young wicketkeeper Richa Ghosh moved up 16 places to 20th.
