For the Indian team, three important tournaments are to be played in the intervening five months. It has one Asia Cup, second Asian Games and third ODI World Cup. The Asia Cup will be held in Sri Lanka, while the Asian Games will be held in China. However, the Indian team will play the host of the ODI World Cup itself.
