Jaiswal’s feat! ‘Successfully’ completed 1000 runs in IPL, surpassing the ‘Ha’ record

Rajasthan Royals team is doing well in IPL 2023 tournament. Not only this, but the players of the team are also in good form. Among these players, opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has scored a feat against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 52nd match of IPL 2023. Yashasvi has crossed the 1000 run mark in IPL. He became the second youngest Indian player to achieve such a feat. He has left behind Prithvi Shaw. He also became the second fastest Indian player to score 1000 runs.

Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a 35 off 18 balls against Hyderabad at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. This time he was caught by T Natarajan on the last ball of the fifth over by Marco Jansen. However, he made a special record as soon as he scored 35 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 5 fours.

Yashasvi became the fastest to 1000 runs with this innings. He now has 1024 runs. Yashasvi completed 1000 runs in IPL at the age of 21 years and 130 days. He became the second fastest young batsman to complete 1000 runs in IPL. Rishabh Pant holds the record of becoming the fastest young batsman to score 1000 runs in IPL history. Pant had completed 1000 runs at the age of 20 years and 218 days. Delhi Capitals batsman Prithvi Shaw is on the third position in this list. Yashasvi has left Prithvi behind. Interestingly, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma scored 1000 runs in IPL at the age of 22.
