Kohli played 107 Tests for Umesh Yadav in 55 matches

Despite this, Umesh Yadav, who is the fast bowler of the Indian team, performed great feats while batting. After doing this feat, Umesh has equaled Virat Kohli.

Equal to Virat’s record
As soon as Umesh Yadav hit 2 sixes, a special record was recorded in his name. Umesh Yadav equaled Virat Kohli’s record for most sixes in Tests for India. Umesh hit 24 sixes in 55 Test matches. On the other hand, Virat had to play 107 Test matches to hit 24 sixes in his Test career. Mohammad Shami has more Test sixes than these two. He has a record of 25 sixes in 62 Tests.

Interestingly, Virender Sehwag tops the list of batsmen who have hit most sixes in Tests for the Indian team. He has hit 90 sixes. Also, second is MS Dhoni who has hit 78 sixes. Apart from him, Sachin Tendulkar is at the third position and he has hit 69 sixes. Also, Rohit Sharma is fourth with 68 sixes.
