KS Bharat’s big reveal, tips taken from Dhoni for WTC finals in IPL itself

Rishabh Pant, the regular wicket-keeper batsman of the Indian team, is injured, so KS Bharath is getting a chance. Bharat has been selected by the Indian team management for the final of the World Test Championship. The WTC final will be played between India and Australia from June 7 to 11. Before this important match, Bharat made a big revelation.

In the recently concluded Indian Premier League 20223 (IPL 2023), there was a discussion between wicketkeeper batsman KS Bharat and former India captain MS Dhoni. According to Bharat, he received special guidance from Dhoni for the upcoming WTC final. According to media reports, Bharat said, “Recently I had a discussion with Dhoni during the IPL. He spoke about his experience of wicketkeeping in England. He also said what is the most important thing for a wicketkeeper. It was a good discussion and a lot was learned.”

Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans have roped in KS Bharat for IPL 2023. But with veteran Wriddhiman Saha in the team, Bharat has not got a chance to play a single IPL match this year. The player auction for IPL 2023 was held in December 2022. Bharat was bought by Gujarat for Rs 1.20 crore. Along with this, Bharat made his Test debut against Australia this year. He got to bat in all four matches of the series and contributed 101 runs. 44 was Bharat’s best knock in the series.
