Loyal Cup Football. Hatchings School’s Strong Progress

Pune 15 July 2023: The Hatchings Prashala team started their campaign in the ongoing Tata Autocomp Loyla Cup football tournament here with brilliant wins in the under-12 and under-14 groups. Hatchings School defeated Millennium School by 3-1 in the under 12 age group in this tournament held at Loyal School ground. The start of the match was so fast that in the first ten minutes each goal was scored by both the teams.

Shaurya Pardeshi scored in the 7th minute to give Hatchings University the lead. Then Shivam Kutkar equalized for Millennium in the 10th minute. Despite this tie, Hatchings continued to play fast. Aryan Ansari scored in the 12th minute to take the lead. In the second half, in the 37th minute, Shaurya recorded his second personal goal and sealed the team’s victory. Then in the under-14 group, Param Rathore’s hat-trick saw Hatchings defeat Millennium School 5-0. The other two goals were scored by Arjun Bhosale and Ishan Chaudhary in the 14th and 16th minutes respectively. After that Parm scored in the 32nd, 39th and 47th minutes to seal the team’s big victory.

In another match, J.N. The Petit Technical School team had to settle for a draw against Blue Ridge Public School in the Under 14 and Under 16 matches. Rigved Choudhary scored in the 12th minute to take the Blue Ridge team into the lead in the under-14 age group of the tournament. However, in the last phase of the match, Daksh Pillai scored a goal in the 43rd minute to equalize for Petit. J.N. The U16 match between Petit Technical Prashala and Blue Ridge ended in a 2-2 draw. Viraj Patil and Atharva Hegde scored for Blue Ridge, while Arna Tarfe and Bazil Shaikh scored for Petit.
