MPL 2023: Puneri Bappa or Eagle Nashik Titans? Who will qualify for Qualifier 2?

Puneri Bappa vs Eagle Nashik Titans eliminator match will be played on Tuesday (June 27) in the play off of Maharashtra Premier League i.e. MPL 2023 organized by Maharashtra Cricket Association. The winner of this match will face Kolhapur Tuskers in the second qualifier. The winner of this match will play in the finals.

If we consider the Puneri Bappa team, the team had a great start winning the first two matches by a big margin. The opening pair of Rituraj Gaikwad and Pawan Shah showed an aggressive game in both the matches. In the bowling, Piyush Salvi and Sachin Bhosale kept the opposing teams chained. However, in the next three matches, the Pune team suffered a narrow defeat. So they reached the play offs by finishing fourth.

On the other hand, the Nashik team scored a hat-trick of victory. The team led by Rahul Tripathi showed good performance in the next two matches as well but could not win. Arshin Kulkarni, Dhanraj Shinde, Saadhan Pangare and Prashant Solanki have contributed a lot in the team’s journey so far. These players will have to maintain their form once again to defeat the Pune team in the eliminator match.
