Notice to Prithvi Shaw from Bombay High Court! Sapna Gill will face the case, read in detail

Meanwhile, the problems of the team’s opening batsman Prithvi Shaw are increasing. The dispute between social media influencer Sapna Gill and Shaw came to light two months ago. Now in the same case Prithvi has been given notice through the Bombay High Court.

Social media influencer and model Sapna Gill has made some serious allegations against Prithvi Shaw. Allegations of inappropriate touching and shoving have been leveled against Shaw by Sapna. Sapna also said in the complaint lodged at the Oshiwara police station that Shaw attacked her with a baseball bat. She has filed a criminal case under Sections 354, 509 and 324 before the Andheri Magistrate.

At the same time, Prithvi and his friends also filed a complaint against Sapna and her accomplices. Sapna had knocked the door of the court to cancel this complaint. The case was heard on Thursday (April 13). After that, notices have also been issued to Prithvi, his friends and some police officers.

Prithvi Shaw had an altercation with some people at a night club in Vileparle on February 16. These people were trying to take a selfie with Prithvi Shaw. However, after Prithvi refused, the eight men attacked his friend’s car with a baseball bat. After that, Shaw and his friend filed a complaint in Oshiwara police station. A video of Prithvi arguing with Sapna Gill at that time has also surfaced. After that, the police arrested Sapna and her friends on Prithvi’s complaint.
