Indian team’s great batsman Sachin Tendulkar remembered Ramakant Achrekar on Monday (July 3) i.e. Guruparnimeday. Ramakant Achrekar is the personality who played the most important role in making Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin played cricket under his guidance from a very young age.

Indian team got many legendary cricketers from Ramakant Achrekar’s cricket academy. Sachin Tendulkar is one of them. On the occasion of Guru Poornima on Monday, Sachin recalled his childhood coaches. Sachin has shared this post from his official Twitter account. Sachin further wrote in the caption, “We were all part of Achrekar sir’s great cricket academy. I feel lucky to have learned cricket from a selfless person like him. Happy Gurupurnima.”
