Pujara expelled from the Test team! BCCI is looking for future in ‘these’ young players

The ODI and Test squads for the Indian team’s tour of the West Indies in July have been announced recently. It is seen that many changes have been made in the Test team for this tour. Most importantly, Cheteshwar Pujara, the leading batsman of the Indian Test team, does not appear in this team. Many people have wondered that he was given a rest, and now he has been expelled from the team and decided to give a chance to the young players.

The Indian team will play a three-match Test series on this tour. Rohit Sharma will be the captain for that. So, Ajinkya Rahane, who has returned as vice-captain, has been listed. After removing Pujara from the team, now young Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rituraj Gaikwad have been included in this team. In the previous season, both of them scored runs in domestic cricket as well as in the subsequent IPL. Therefore, considering the future, one of these two can be seen permanently at number three in the Indian team. Yashavya was a stand-by for the Indian team in the final of the recent World Test Championship.
