Former Indian cricketer Ambati Rayudu has taken a big decision. Rayudu has decided not to play in the first season of the Major League Cricket tournament in America. Rayudu’s association with Texas Super Giants has confirmed this. Rayudu announced his retirement from international cricket during the Indian Premier League 2023 season. He could have played in foreign leagues after his retirement, but he suddenly changed his mind.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India i.e. BCCI does not allow foreign players to play in foreign leagues. But players can play in foreign leagues after retiring from international cricket. Ambati Rayudu was also expected to play in his first Major League season after retirement. But it is coming out that he has withdrawn from this league as well. Rayudu was going to play Major League (Major League 2023) for the Texas Super Kings team owned by the Chennai Super Kings franchise.

Former CSKA player Dwayne Bravo will also play in the Major League for the Texas Super Kings. Devon Conway and Mitchell Sattner are CSK players in the team. Besides, a great finisher like David Miller will also represent Texas. The Texans will play their first match against the Los Angeles Knight Riders in the league.

Meanwhile, if Rayudu had played for the Texans, he could have played an important role. In IPL 2023, he played a crucial knock for CSK in a few matches and led the team to victory. Also this year he can lift the IPL trophy at any time. Earlier, Rayudon was part of the IPL trophy winning team while playing for Mumbai Indians in 2013, 2015 and 2017 IPL seasons, while playing for CSK in 2018, 2021 and 2023 seasons.
