Rishabh does not want to stay away from cricket! WTC tweeted before the finals saying…

The World Test Championship 2023 final is just a few days away. This match will be played between India vs Australia. This match will be played from 7th to 11th June. This time regular wicket keeper Rishabh Pant will not be able to participate in the Indian team due to injury. He has made a tweet in this background.

Rishabh was seriously injured in a road accident last year on December 30, 2022. Since then he has gone through several surgeries and various treatments. Currently he is on the comeback trail and his condition is improving rapidly. Although he is on the mend, there is no chance that he will be on the field this year. Rishabh, who has been away from cricket for the past 5 months, made a tweet because of this. He wrote,

‘I miss playing cricket too’

Pant is currently undergoing a rehabilitation program at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. According to some media reports, Pant does not need any kind of surgery now. He is feeling better now. So there is hope for Pant’s speedy recovery. However, this will take some time.

Pant was instrumental in taking India to the finals of the tournament for the second time in a row. Since he is not present this time, two wicketkeepers KS Bharat and Ishan Kishan have got a chance in the Indian team. Now everyone is curious about who will appear on the field in the final match.
