Shocking! Complaint of a young player cheated of lakhs of rupees by luring him to play in IPL

In the recent years we have seen that players who have excelled in the IPL get an opportunity to play for the national team sooner than in domestic cricket. However, after seeing the brilliance of IPL, a young player in India has turned to fraud of lakhs of rupees.

Abhilekh Singh, a player living in the city of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, dreams of playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL). But he found an easy way to fulfill this dream and this has affected him and his family. A cap of five lakh rupees has been put on him, saying that he will get a chance to play in the IPL. After this fraud, the archivist has filed a complaint at Gautampalli police station. Senior police officials have informed about this.

In the complaint lodged with the police, Arhilhu, who passed out from Lucknow’s Sports College, said that in 2019, he met Krishna Kumar Jha while playing a practice match at the Singh Babu Stadium. This same person has now cheated him. As stated in the complaint, Krishna Kumar Jha lured Archibald to play in the IPL and demanded Rs 17 lakh for the same. After the archivist refused to pay such a huge amount, the fifth person demanded five lakh rupees, saying it would give him a chance in the state team. This person also told the archive that after playing for the state, he gives a chance in the IPL. The records somehow took the money from the parents and gave it to a person named Krishna Kumar Jha through cheque.

According to records, he was told to wait. He also supported the team as an extra player in Arunachal Pradesh for a few days, but did not get a chance to play in the team, which is a rule for playing in the IPL. As he did not get a chance to play, the record demanded the return of his money from the accused, but he was threatened with dire consequences. According to police officers and Abhikel Singh, a preliminary complaint has been filed against the accused and investigation is also underway. It has also been said that the help of cyber cell has been taken to investigate the accused. (The young player was lured to the IPL and robbed of five lakh rupees)
