According to media reports, Bangladesh women’s batsman Lata Mondal has been offered an offer by Bangladesh’s veteran cricketer Shoheli Akhtar. Mondal is currently part of the World Cup squad, while Akhtar is out. The telephone conversation between the two players has gone viral, from which the entire incident has been revealed. After Lata herself mentioned this, she was dropped from the match against Australia.

According to Akhtar, her brother named Akash is ready to pay some amount to get a hit wicket or wicket in a match. Many people do fixing but do not come forward.
