The 61st match of IPL 2023 was played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. However, the umpires thought he had asked for a review so they went to the third umpire. Time ran out and in the final over, KKR were forced to play with only four fielders 30 yards out. It was clear from Rana’s gesture that the umpires were at fault.

If we consider this match, Dhoni won the toss and decided to bat first. However, the KKR bowlers misjudged his decision. All the KKR bowlers bowled well to restrict Chennai to 144. Shivam Dubey top scored with 48 runs. KKR got off to a poor start in chasing these runs. They had lost three wickets in the first five overs. However, Nitish Rana and Rinku Singh scored half-centuries to help the team win by six wickets. Chennai’s final league match will be against Delhi Capitals in Delhi.
