England’s Sam Curran is the top star player who failed in the IPL 2023 season. He could not perform well for the Punjab Kings team. He played a total of 14 matches and scored 276 runs in 13 innings. It also included 1 half-century. Additionally, he took only 10 wickets in 14 matches while bowling. His best performance of the season was 3 wickets for 31 runs. Interestingly, Punjab roped him into the squad for IPL 2023 mini-auction for Rs 18.50 crore.

2. Ben Stokes
England’s star all-rounder Ben Stokes is at the second place in the list. Stokes was bought by Chennai Super Kings for IPL 2023 season for Rs 16.25 crore. However, he could not live up to his reputation. He scored 15 runs in just 2 matches in the season. In the meantime, he also injured his thumb, which forced him out of the IPL.

3. Harry Brooke
England’s third star batsman Harry Brook was also sold by Sunrisers Hyderabad for 13.25 crores in the mini auction. However, he also disappointed the team. 5. Riley Russo
South African star batsman Rilee Russouw was a flop in IPL 2023. He scored just 209 runs at an average of 29.86 in 9 matches during the season. He scored only 1 half-century during this run. He was bought by Delhi Capitals for Rs 4.60 crore this season. However, he could not leave his mark in the season.
