BCCI recently announced the Indian squad for the ODI series against Australia. Bumrah’s name was not in this team. The BCCI said Bumrah is taking time to recover from a stress fracture. Also, the Indian team management does not want to take the risk of including him in the squad for the three-match ODI series against Australia immediately after the four-match Test series.
