Meanwhile, 12 fifties have also come from Mayank’s bat. Also, talking about Yuzvendra Chahal, he has taken 165 wickets in 131 matches.

What did Kumble say?
Anil Kumble praised these two players. Speaking on Jio Cinemas, he said, “This is a very difficult question. I would call Mayank Agarwal an overlooked player in recent times. Also, in terms of bowling, I don’t think Yuzvendra Chahal gets the credit that he has contributed. He is a bowler who changes the fortunes of the team he plays for.”

In fact, Mayank will be seen playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2023 (IPL 2023). During the IPL 2023 auction, Mayank was roped in by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 8.25 crore. Four teams showed interest in getting Mayank in the team. It includes the names of Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
