The 66th match of IPL 2023 was played between Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings. Both the teams faced each other at the Dharamshala Stadium. Both teams are almost out of the playoff race. However, both will be looking to keep their last playoff hopes alive with a win on Friday (May 19). The reason was Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Trent Boult. The very first over of Punjab’s innings was bowled and he showed opener Prabhasimran Singh the way to the tent. Second ball of his over, Prabhasiraman tried to play the shot, but missed. But Bolt took the opportunity with agility. Diving to his left, he took a terrific catch and gave Punjab the first blow. Prabhasimran Singh, who scored a century against Delhi Capitals, was dismissed for two runs in two balls. Overall the match, batting first, Punjab scored 187 for 5 in 20 overs. Jitesh Sharma and M Shahrukh Khan scored 49, 44 and 41 runs each by Sam. Navdeep Saini took three wickets for 40 runs in four overs for Rajasthan Royals.
