Who will pick the squad for the third and fourth Tests against Australia? BCCI will take a big decision

BCCI Chief Selector Chetan Sharma is in trouble. In a sting operation conducted by a news agency, Sharma has spoken on some important points. The discussion of this sting operation is currently going on all over the world. Sharma also opened up on the controversy between Virat Kohli and former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly. BCCI may take action against Chetan Sharma after sting operation. He was responsible for selecting the team for the last two Tests against Australia. But we have to see what decision BCCI will take after this sting operation.

A few days ago, Chetan Sharma was selected as the BCCI chief selector for the second time. But that’s how this sting operation about Sharma came to light on Tuesday (February 14). After this, the difficulties of the chief selectors increased considerably. But it is also being said that the BCCI will give Sharma a chance to present his case before taking any action against him. The question is, who will be responsible for picking the team for the third and fourth Test against Australia? The team for the first two Tests of the series was selected in a meeting attended by Sharma. But will BCC hand over the responsibility of picking the team for the last two matches to Sharma or not? This may become clear soon. According to media reports, some senior BCCI officials and the team management are upset with Sharma after he became a victim of the sting operation.

A BCCI source said that BCCI officials and players will no longer trust him when talking to any media person. A BCCI source was quoted in the media as saying, “After this sting operation, no player or selector wants to build good relations with the papers. Chetan Sharma spoke too much. As such, none of India’s senior players are discussing with him personally.”

Sharma made a big revelation about the players –
Chetan Sharma also said in this sting operation that despite being 80 to 85 percent fit, players take injections to retain their place in the team. The Indian team played a T20I series against Australia in the months of September and October last year. Jasprit Bumrah, the leading fast bowler of the team, played in this series. But according to Sharma, Bumrah was not fit to play then. Sharma had also argued with the team management over the issue of playing Bumhar.
