WTC FINAL: Team India did Sri Ganesha for practice! Everyone along with Rohit-Virat entered the field
The India vs Australia World Test Championship 2023 final will be played on June 7. This prestigious match will be played at the Oval ground in London. Indian players are reaching England in three stages for this final match. The players have reached there in two phases so far, and the remaining players will reach London on Wednesday (May 31) after the final match of the IPL. Earlier, players who have already reached England have also started training.
Currently, the Indian team is practicing at the Orundel West Sussex ground in London. Indian team captain Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara, Umesh Yadav along with experienced players Ishan Kishan, Akshar Patel and Yashasvi Jaiswal were seen in the practice session.
After a two-year cycle, India, who are number one in the points table, and Australia, who are number two, will face each other in this match. In the first cycle held earlier, the Indian team had to lose to New Zealand in the final match. This time the Indian team under the leadership of Rohit Sharma is expecting the title. On the other hand, Pat Cummins-led Australia will be looking to raise the bar in their first ever final.
