Yashasvi’s big revelation about Rajasthan Royals! Said, “If they didn’t just give me a chance, . . .”

India’s Test and ODI squads for the West Indies tour were announced on Friday (June 23). Many young players have also got opportunities in both the teams. Mumbai’s left-handed opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was selected in the Test team. He then revealed how Rajasthan Royals helped him in his journey.

Yashasvi Jaiswal has got a chance in the Indian team after literally scoring runs in domestic cricket as well as IPL. He was the highest run-scorer in the domestic season last year. Also, he has become an emerging cricketer in IPL. With all this in mind, he has now got a chance in the Test team. He can be seen batting at number three in place of Cheteshwar Pujara.

Yashasvi has been playing for Rajasthan Royals in the IPL for the past four years. He said that this team helped him a lot. he said,

“I have been supported a lot by Rajasthan Royals in everything. All my financial planners do the same. He has advised me from time to time about where to invest money. So I could focus on my game. I will always be indebted to him for all this.”

Yashavya was adjudged the best young player in the recent IPL. Playing as an opener for Rajasthan, he scored 625 runs in 14 matches at an impressive average of 48. This included a century and four fifties. This is the most runs scored by any uncapped player in IPL history. After this he was also selected as a stand-by for the final of the World Test Championship.
